This project is a wearable exploration of immigration, identity, and belonging, inspired by my father’s journey from Mexico to the United States and my own experience growing up in a mixed household. Through screen-printed clothing, I use familiar imagery, childhood references, and cultural symbolism to humanize immigrant stories and highlight the shared experiences that connect us.
A portion of all sales will be donated to the Philadelphia Welcoming Fund, supporting local immigrant communities. By bringing together art, storytelling, and community, the work moves beyond individual expression to create a platform for awareness, connection, and collective support.
